Decking the Halls

Over the last several years we have made it a tradition to decorate the house for Christmas on the day after Thanksgiving. No shopping for us, usually, just decorating. It was really fun this year to see how excited the kids got. Even Buster got in on the action, bouncing up and down, when we pulled the boxes out. I have to admit it's become quite the production. We got a ton done today, but we'll have to finish up the inside and then do the outdoor lights tomorrow. It does look festive and homey though. Most of the stuff we have we've had for years. Chiggie can remember getting some of it and gets excited to see it again. I can't believe it's the Christmas Season again already!
