Saturday we went to our first corn festival here in town. The parade started bright and early (to us) at 9:30, so there was no sleeping in. Because of this I have to honestly admit, I debated just staying home. I am so glad we didn't just stay home though, it was a wonderful parade and a lot of fun for the whole family. The floats were great, and it was certainly a nice break from all of my studying!
