Today was hot. Very hot. The only way to cool off was of course the pool. I even got in for a bit which has been a rarity this summer. Believe it or not I really am looking forward to fall. The smells, the leaves, the holidays. All of those things really appeal to me. 
Until then, I will enjoy these hot summer days at the pool!

We aren't allowed to have snacks in our pool area! On one hand I'm glad b/c it's messy and you take the chance of someone getting ill...but on the other hand it would be lovely to have a snack while the lifeguards have a break! Is your pool closed for the season yet?
Nope, our pool stays open on the weekends at least, through Labor Day.
It looks beautiful! When do your kids start school?
