Summer Sickness
Ugh, at least one of us has been sick all week long. It's just a cold, but is there anything worse than a summer cold? I was really questioning taking Midge to the Doctor yesterday, but fortunately she started feeling better and we didn't have to go in. Tbe rest has been nice, but I know the catching up won't be quite as enjoyable!

A Little Color
Chiggie has been wanting a change with her hair, so for her birthday we booked her an appointment at the salon. She chose red this time, and I have to say it suits her wonderfully!

VBS Week
What a fun VBS week these three have had. The older girls were volunteers and they had a great time too. I honestly think it is one of their favorite times of year!

Happy 14th Bday Chiggie!
We celebrated today with a BBQ and then went out for ice cream as a family. She chose to have her hair done this weekend as her gift, and she also spent last weekend at a Christian girls conference as an early birthday present as well. I am so proud of the young lady she is and am so excited to see what the next several years brings!

Storms
We have been having some crazy storms this spring. A tornado actually touched down in a neighboring town, destroying several homes. While thankfully we haven't had any tornadoes, we have had plenty of hail! My poor flowers...
